From your 44m2 terrace, equipped with high-quality garden furniture and electric awnings, you can enjoy a spectacular sea view and the wonderful sunsets on the Adriatic. The beach is so close that you can hear the sound of the crystal clear Adriatic on your terrace.
All houseboats have free WiFi and smart TV. The free parking spaces are located directly in front of the houseboats.
In a few minutes you can walk within the marina to restaurants, cafes, swimming pools, playgrounds and washrooms with washing machines and dryers.

Elma2024-08-15Heerlijk relaxed en prachtig uitzicht met zonsondergang. Klein paradijsje! ☺Hele fijne locatie en ontzettend aardige gastheer Alexander!! ☹Helaas hing er 's avonds soms een onaangename geur van het toilethok? of het water? Op het dakterras en binnen rook je dit gelukkig niet maar als je beneden of voor de deur zat wel. Dakje boven ligbed was kapot maar is na 2 dagen gemaakt.
Magdalena2024-08-09☺Das Service und der unmittelbare Kontakt zum Anbieter über WhatsApp war perfekt. ☹Leider wurden wir nicht 'eingeschult' und kannten kleine Anwendungen im Boot nicht. Toilettenspülung funktioniert nur, wenn die Pumpe an ist (war bei uns zuerst nicht der Fall - Belichtung aber SOFORT umgesetzt), Licht in der Küche mussten wir "suchen" und die Bedienung der Sonnensegel auf der Terrasse haben wir uns selbst beigebracht 😀 da hätten wir uns eine kurze Einschulung gewünscht. Alles aber im Großen und Ganzen gut 👍
Veronika2021-09-12Overpriced ☺ The location of the houseboat is great as you are in first row for the ocean view. ☹ The host tells you to call before arrival so the keys can be transferred. We did so but first the person didn't pick the phone and then we still had to wait for more than 30min for him to arrive. Things that are listed in the accommodation endowment are not true like "pool, wellness, private beach". Considering the fact that the other houseboats do come with a jacuzzi and still offer a better price says it all. Besides the fact, that checkout is as early as 8-10am - which doesn't justify the price. All in all the communication was quite impersonal in no comparison to our other host experiences in Slovenia so far.
