All houseboats have a bedroom with a king-size bed and smart TV, as well as a terrace facing the marina. The second bedroom has a pull-out double bed or bunk bed. In the entrance area is the lounge with a pull-out couch, dining table with four chairs, air conditioning and smart TV. Next to the lounge is a modern, high-quality fitted kitchen with LED ambient lighting, as well as a dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer compartment, hob, sink, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle and a complete set of dishes, glasses, cutlery and all necessary kitchen utensils.
The bathroom is equipped with a mirror cabinet, shower cubicle, heating, toilet and hot water boiler.
In the access area there is a small covered terrace with a table and two chairs, from which you can reach the upper 44m ² terrace via a staircase.
On this terrace there are loungers for 4 people including side tables, as well as a dining table with six chairs and an outdoor shower. The terrace is shaded by an electrically extendable awning with remote control.

On the beach you can take a comfortable staircase directly into the crystal clear waters of the Adriatic.

Portorož offers a wide range of different restaurants. Be sure to try popular restaurants like Ribja Kantina - Trattoria del Pescatore, Stara Oljka and Pizzeria Porto Konoba or Bungalow Portorož which serve great food. There is also a wonderful sea view on the beach.
